Linden Drive hill

I did the Linden Drive hill workout again and was more successful. I warmed up 10 minutes, then ran the hill and back down three times -- 4:49, 4:54, 4:36, total 14:18. It was 7:56 pace, which I am real happy with it. I wasn't able to do three consecutive times last time. Then I ran up to airport road and back as a cooldown, adding on some volume. A total of 5 miles.
