I ran a difficult road on a morning that was too hot. South on main street 3.45 miles to 270th street and back. 32:05 (9:18 pace) going out and I struggled coming back. I had to walk some and was happy to finish. I ran about 65 minutes, probably 6.5 miles. Last mile, about 9:30 or so.
