Plugging away

Tonight, 25 minutes again on soccer fields and marshy grassy trail area. Two 13-minute loops. The knee is quite sore, but I think the grass helps. I am quite out of shape. Weight: 197.4. My goal is to lose a pound a week for 20 weeks. This is my check-in day, Tuesday. So on August 16 .... Sunday, 23 minutes. Thursday, 25 minutes; Saturday, 27 minutes. 27 minutes next week. 30 minutes the week of April 11-17.
