This morning I got up and ran at 6:30, the prison-MHI route. 3.7 miles. I felt very good in a difficult conditions. 72 degrees, 78% humidity. 35 minutes.
The pace wasn't very good, 9:12-9:20, but I think it's just my morning pace.
Lately I've been thinking, wow, it's just good you are out running at age 50. I'm seeing kind of the benefits on my body that running affords.
9.3 miles for the week, 18.6 miles on new shoes.
