This was a good effort ... 4.4 miles in 40:08 (9:07 pace). I was running real easy to the four corners and back, then I went up the Linden Drive hill mile and back (8:50 pace ... very even). There is a big difference in my conditioning these days. I can really hit the accelerator when I need to, and it feels very good to be able to do that.

Friday -- Rest
Saturday -- Old Threshers repeats (5)
