Run in extreme heat
It was about 85 degrees and extremely windy this afternoon as I ran at Eastlake Park. I was kind of slow and methodical for about 24 minutes. But that's pretty good after running 25 minutes Friday night at Marr Park ... a real nice run ... and then walking with Tammy the RiverRun 5K in Iowa City.
